Thanks for saying hi at the Chinatown Neighborhood Night Market!
It was so wonderful to be able to say hi at the Night Market earlier this month! Thank you to everyone who came by our booth and chatted with us about the vision and future opportunities for Chinatown. Big thanks to the Chinatown Community for Equitable Development (CCED) for the opportunity to table the event and to our LA Chinatown CLT volunteers, Bz Zhang and Chih-Weh Hsu, who gave us an enormous amount of support in preparation for that night! Upcoming Membership Meeting
Our next big community meeting is our Annual Membership Meeting taking place on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the LA Public Library, Chinatown Branch from 1:00 p.m, - 3:00 p.m. This is a great way to learn more about what the LA Chinatown CLT is doing, get involved, and join as a member or even a board member!

Over the past year, the LA Chinatown CLT has conducted outreach to a variety of stakeholder groups including CCED, Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association (CCBA), the LA CLT Coalition, and local Tenant Associations with the intention of deepening trust and building relationships. In the next few years, we want to continue deepening these relationships and begin more intensively fundraising in earnest to be able to hire staff and acquire our first buildings. Join us on November 18th to be a part of the fight against displacement!
