LA Chinatown CLT is currently developing a 2025-2028 Strategic Plan to guide our organizational priorities and direction of the next few years. A CLT is a commitment to long-term community control over land and housing. With your input, you can help us co-create a plan that helps us:
Set priorities based on community needs
Use our resources wisely so we can grow and sustain our impact
Stay accountable to the people we serve
To inform this process, we will be holding a series of stakeholder events between February 2025 and July 2025 to connect with our community to develop a shared vision for the future of housing in Chinatown. We want to hear from you!
To build this Strategic Plan, we are conducting a community survey to ask you about your experiences as a member of the Chinatown community and your perspective on Chinatown housing needs. Your responses will help inform the future direction and strategy of our CLT. This survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. It is being administered by Abundance, the consultant supporting us on this strategic planning effort.
